All matters related to Tauro Trust Firm Inc. ("Tauro Trust," "we," "us," or "our"), our website (taurotrustfirm.com), and our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the private jurisdiction of TAURO Legacy Trust, not the corporate United States legal system.

  • All trust structures, documents, and instruments created or administered by Tauro Trust
  • All disputes arising from or related to our services or client relationships

4. Jurisdiction vs. Corporate Legal System

By engaging with Tauro Trust Firm Inc., you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All matters are handled under the private jurisdiction of TAURO Legacy Trust, not the corporate United States legal system.
  • The trust operates according to its own rules and procedures as established in its trust indenture.
  • The trust's jurisdiction is based on private contract law and the voluntary agreement of all parties involved.
  • The trust's jurisdiction is separate and distinct from statutory corporate jurisdiction.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to your relationship with Tauro Trust Firm Inc. shall be resolved through the following process:

  1. Good Faith Resolution: The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith communication.
  2. Private Arbitration: If good faith resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through private arbitration under the rules and procedures established by TAURO Legacy Trust.
  3. Binding Decision: The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties.
  4. Enforcement: Enforcement of arbitration decisions will be according to the procedures established in the trust indenture.

6. Governing Law

The interpretation, validity, and performance of all agreements between Tauro Trust Firm Inc. and our clients shall be governed by:

  • The terms of the TAURO Legacy Trust indenture
  • Private contract law principles
  • Common law principles of equity and justice

These governing principles shall be applied in a manner consistent with the mission and purpose of TAURO Legacy Trust.

7. Client Acknowledgment

By using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this Jurisdiction statement.
  • You voluntarily consent to the private jurisdiction of TAURO Legacy Trust.
  • You waive any right to bring disputes to any court system outside the private arbitration process established by TAURO Legacy Trust.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Jurisdiction statement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law within the private jurisdiction of TAURO Legacy Trust.
